Deep Tech Playbook
This playbook provides a framework to master the complexity of Deep Tech ventures, based on hard earned lessons from past successes and failures.
It introduces business readiness levels to guide execution and fosters system-thinking that integrates product management, technology development, industrialization, commercialization, and strategy. It defines product-market fit and offers a structured approach to achieving it. Encouraging agile, hypothesis-driven decisions and risk frontloading, it also includes a terminology chapter to avoid miscommunication.
Ultimately, this playbook aims to bridge the gap between invention and commercial success, reducing risk while maximizing ROI for Deep Tech entrepreneurs.
PS: Proceeds are reinvested into the ecosystem. If cost is a barrier, reach out – we’ll make it work.
